It is expressly informed to all the riders that India Bike Week Organizers do not organise or facilitate the rides to and from Panchgani (“Rides”) or any part thereof. The Rides are organized by third parties without any reference to or interference from India Bike Week Organizers. The India Bike Organizers do not receive any consideration in cash or kind from the Rides organizer. India Bike Week Organizers thus do not accept any responsibility or liability including but not limited to safety & security, loss, damage or injury to the riders arising from the Rides. All the riders are advised to exercise discretion and caution before participating in the Rides.
