HARLEY-DAVIDSON FLAT TRACK RACE — IBW 2025
The Harley-Davidson Flat Track Race is back — now on a brand-new mountain-carved oval in Panchgani.
If you’ve got the throttle control, balance, and bravery to go full-lock sideways, this is where you race India’s fastest flat-trackers for glory and a share of the ₹10,00,000 prize pool.
All riders compete on identical Harley-Davidson X-400 flat-track motorcycles provided at the venue — making this a pure, skill-first battle.
WHO CAN PARTICIPATE
Open to riders who are:
- 18+ years old
- Holding a valid Government ID
- Amateur / Intermediate / Professional riders
No personal motorcycles needed — machines are provided.
MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS
1. IBW Weekend Pass
All participants must hold a valid IBW Weekend Pass.
2. FMSCI License
A valid FMSCI One-Event Competition License is mandatory.

3. Compulsory Riding Gear
All riders must present the following at pre-event scrutiny:
- Motocross Helmet (Double D-ring mandatory)
- Chest Guard (Motocross spec)
- Elbow & Knee Guards or Motocross suit with built-in armour
- Ankle-length boots
- Gloves
DOCUMENTS TO BRING (MANDATORY)
- 2 Stamp-size photographs
- Filled & signed Medical History Form
- FMSCI One-Event License (online)
- Self-attested copy of PAN card
THE MOTORCYCLE
- One-make race: all bikes identical
- No personal bikes permitted
- Only IBW + Harley-Davidson technicians may tune/adjust motorcycles

RACE FORMAT
- Flat Track Heats → Quarter Finals → Semi Finals → Finals
- Timed practice + heats
- 3 riders per heat
- 4 laps per race
- Final winner crowned IBW 2025 Flat Track Champion

FEES
- ₹2,000 – Standard Entry
- ₹2,750 – Late Entry
Entry fee is non-refundable unless the event is cancelled/altered.
ON-SITE REQUIREMENTS
- Attend mandatory Rider Briefing
- Undergo documentation & bike/gear scrutiny
- Report on time for race slots — late reporting may result in disqualification
Follow marshal and Race Director instructions at all times
SAFETY & CONDUCT
- Riders must comply with FMSCI sporting regulations
- Track officials reserve the right to stop or disqualify unsafe riders
Racing is dangerous — ensure physical fitness and readiness
SUSTAINABILITY NOTE
IBW follows FMSCI & FIA sustainability guidelines.
Riders must:
- Use spill mats
- Dispose oil properly
- Keep pit areas clean
- Carry refillable water bottles
