Organised by Orange Fish Entertainment Private Limited at India Bike Week 2026, Panchgani, India.
By submitting an entry to the “Jameson Ginger Ale Bike Build Off” contest (hereinafter referred to as the “Contest”), you (the “Participant”) agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms”) issued by Orange Fish Entertainment Private Limited (the “Organiser”), in association with the sponsor, Jameson Ginger Ale (“Sponsor”).
1. About the Contest
“Jameson Ginger Ale Bike Build Off” is a competitive motorcycle customisation and building contest to be held during India Bike Week 2026 in December 2026 at Panchgani, India (“Event”). The Contest aims to celebrate creativity, craftsmanship, and individuality in custom motorcycle building. Finalists will receive resources to build a one-of-a-kind Harley-Davidson motorcycle and showcase it at the Event.
2. Eligibility
To participate in the Contest, you must meet the following criteria:
- Be an individual aged 18 years or older as of the date of entry.
- Be a citizen and resident of India.
- Submit an original concept along with a supporting portfolio and story through the official entry platform.
- Each submission must represent original work and must not infringe on any third-party rights.
Note: Employees, officers, and agents of the Organiser, Sponsor, or their affiliated companies, and immediate family members thereof, are not eligible to participate.
3. Contest Timeline

4. How to Participate
- Entries must be submitted via the official microsite and the entries must be filed by the participant in Google Drive link.
- Each entry must include:
- A detailed concept for a custom Harley-Davidson motorcycle.
- A story or inspiration behind the concept.
- A portfolio or visual sketches (optional but encouraged).
- Only one entry per individual is allowed.
Late, incomplete, illegible, or plagiarised entries will be disqualified at the sole discretion of the Organiser / Judges.
5. Selection of Finalists
- Only three (3) entries will be selected as Finalists on the basis of the concepts submitted.
- Final Selection of Winners will be based on:
- Originality & Individuality — Reflection of the builder’s personal style and innovation.
- Story & Purpose — Depth and thought behind the concept.
- Craftsmanship Potential — Clarity and feasibility of executing the concept.
- Jameson Spirit — Embodiment of kinship, individuality, and lightheartedness.
The decision of the Organiser / Judges shall be final and binding. No correspondence or challenges will be entertained.
6. Finalist Benefits and Obligations
- Each of the three selected Finalists will receive:
- One Harley-Davidson X-440T motorcycle for the build.
- A grant of INR 1,50,000 to cover customisation-related expenses.
- Finalists must:
- Enter into a detailed agreement with the Organiser governing all rights, obligations, and deliverables relating to the Contest.
- Complete the custom build between October 10, 2026 and December 1, 2026.
- Present the finished custom built motorcycle at India Bike Week, December 2026.
- Adhere strictly to the build timeline and agreed-upon deliverables.
If a selected Finalist does not accept the terms of the agreement, the Organiser reserves the right to replace them with the next best entry.
Important: All aspects of the Contest, including but not limited to intellectual property rights, deliverables, timelines, usage of the builds, confidentiality, and other rights and obligations of the parties, shall be governed and determined solely by the terms of the agreement executed between the Organiser and each selected Finalist. Participation in the Contest is contingent upon the execution of such agreement.
7. Prizes
- Winner (1st Place):
- A trophy awarded at India Bike Week 2026.
- An all-expenses-paid trip to one team member to the United Kingdom to showcase the winning build at any one select global events (e.g., ABR Festival).
- Access to custom garages, bike culture hubs, and networking opportunities.
- Featuring of the winning build at Harley-Davidson events and rallies across the next year.
- Return of the custom-built motorcycle to the Winner after the conclusion of campaign usage.
- 1st Runner-Up & 2nd Runner-Up:
- Certificate of Participation awarded at the Event.
8. Intellectual Property
- All submitted concepts must be the original work of the Participant.
- Finalists agree to unconditionally allow the Organiser and Sponsor to display, photograph, record, reproduce, and promote their custom builds and related content (concepts, videos, stories, etc.) in perpetuity across media, including for marketing and promotional purposes.
- The Winner retains moral rights over their concept but grants a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license for marketing & promotional use.
- All rights, title, and interest, including but not limited to Intellectual Property Rights in the Event, Contest and/or any other promotional material(s) shall vest solely and exclusively with the Organiser at all times. In connection with the Contest, the Organiser or any person or entity permitted by the Organiser shall be entitled to use personal details of the Participant and/or Winner such as names, characters, photographs, voices, videotape, etc. for any media promotions, marketing activity, publicity and likewise purposes. By voluntarily participating in the Contest, the Participant and/or Winner hereby waive off all their rights to claim royalty, remuneration or legally challenge due to any such use of their personal details by the Organiser.
9. Disqualification
The Organiser reserves the right to disqualify any entry or Finalist if:
- The entry is found to be plagiarised or infringes third-party rights.
- The Participant violates these Terms or the subsequent agreement.
- Misconduct, misrepresentation, or non-cooperation is observed.
10. Data Protection Policy
- At the time of participating in the Contest, Participants hereby freely give their informed, unambiguous, and unconditional consent and authorise the Organiser to collect, during the Term of the Contest, and process certain information about the Participant including personal data (hereinafter “Personal Data”).
- Personal Data obtained by the Organiser during the Contest shall be limited to that which is necessary for the conduct of the Contest and shall be applied or used to fulfil the purpose of the Contest and/or for such other purposes as the Participant may have agreed.
- Personal Data will be stored only for as long as such data is necessary for the purpose as detailed in these Terms or for such other period as the Participant may have agreed.
- Terms related to the collection and use of such Personal Data are set forth in the Privacy Policy. By participating in the Contest, you agree to be bound by the Privacy Policy and you acknowledge and agree that you are solely responsible for the accuracy, content, and updating of your Personal Data.
11. Limitation of Liability
The Organiser and Sponsor shall not be liable for:
- Technical failures or issues during submission.
- Any loss, damage, or injury resulting from participation in the Contest or use of the prizes.
- Delays or changes in the Event due to unforeseen circumstances, including force majeure events.
12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or related to the Contest shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai, India.
13. General Terms
- The Organiser and Sponsor are not responsible for any errors or omissions in these Terms. All information is provided on an “as-is” basis without any warranty of any kind. The Organiser, Sponsor, their management, directors, employees, officers, affiliates, subsidiaries, agents, or representatives disclaim all express, implied, and statutory warranties of any kind with respect to the Contest, the Prizes, and related materials.
- The Organiser shall provide the Prize on an “as-is” basis without any warranty or guarantee (whether express or implied) regarding its quality, suitability, merchantability, or fitness. The Organiser disclaims all liabilities, including but not limited to, those arising from any deficiency/defect in the Contest and/or Prize and for any consequential damages or losses.
- The Organiser reserves the right to select and declare or not to declare the Winner or Runner-Up if the number of entries submitted for the Contest is not to its satisfaction. The decision of the Organiser in this regard shall be final and binding, and no correspondence will be entertained.
- The Organiser reserves the right to change, defer, alter, or cancel this Contest in part or in full, or change any or all Terms without prior notice. The Organiser shall not be liable for any consequential losses or damages to any Participant or Winner in this regard.
- Nothing contained herein amounts to a commitment or representation by the Organiser to conduct further or similar contests in the future.
- Under no circumstance shall the Organiser, Sponsor, their affiliates, or representatives be liable to the Participant, Winner, or any third party for any loss of profits, lost opportunity, or for any indirect, special, consequential, incidental, or punitive damages, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. The Participant/Winner agrees not to initiate any civil or criminal proceedings against the Organiser, Sponsor, their affiliates, or representatives in connection with the Contest or the Prizes.
- The Participant/Winner specifically agrees that the Organiser, its affiliates, group companies, employees, officers, directors, or the Sponsor shall not be responsible for any claims, liabilities, losses (including legal fees), injury, damage, harm, loss, death, or mental/emotional trauma suffered by the Participant or Winner in connection with the Contest and/or the Prizes.
- The Organiser is empowered to take decisions in case of conditions, circumstances, or scenarios not expressly covered under these Terms.
